DESCRIPTION:📍 Luogo dell’evento: Santa Cesarea Terme\nA Santa Cesarea Terme\, il Festival delle Torri Costiere ospita un appuntamento dedicato a “Mindfulness\, Miti e Leggende“. L’iniziativa\, in programma il 29 agosto alle ore 18:30\, propone letture e narrazioni al tramonto ispirate al folklore salentino. \nL’evento offrirà ai partecipanti l’opportunità di immergersi in un’esperienza di ascolto e connessione con la natura\, attraverso racconti della tradizione locale. Saranno integrate semplici pratiche di mindfulness e tecniche di respirazione\, creando un “cerchio di ascolto e connessione tra parole\, silenzi e natura”. L’iniziativa è parte del più ampio Festival delle Torri Costiere\, una manifestazione che celebra il legame tra storia\, cultura e musica del territorio salentino. \nL’appuntamento è organizzato dal Comune di Santa Cesarea Terme e da Goutland.
